Grilled tuna supreme

For 4 people

Ingredients

1 250g / 9 oz bag of rice (microwavable)

1 teaspoon of canola oil

100g / 3 ½ oz of button mushrooms

10 cherry tomatoes

4 tuna steaks of 140g / 5 oz each

Preparation

Prepare the rice in the microwave and place it in a large dish.

Heat the canola oil in a large cooking pot and add the mushrooms.

Cut each of the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the cooking pot.

Leave to simmer for a good 20 minutes and stir occasionally.

Add salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, grill the tuna steaks.

Once the sauce is cooked, pour it on top of the rice.

Place the tuna steaks on the side, and serve.
