3 onions
4 slices of lamb
Cumin, salt and pepper
Mint leaves
2 teaspoons of canola oil
1 tablespoon of cumin
8 cherry tomatoesRemove the fat and place the lamb and the peeled onions in a blender.
Blend then add the mint, cumin and canola oil.
Add salt and pepper in moderation.
Take 4 sheets of baking foil, place the preparation on top and close the parcels.
Cook in the oven at 190°C / 375°F for 12 minutes.
Serve one parcel per plate and garnish with cherry tomatoes.Enjoy your meal!
