A 20g / ¾ oz slice of Roquefort blue cheese
2 small endives
1 gherkin
Chives and mixed herbs
Salt and pepperAdd crumbs of Roquefort cheese to the fromage blanc.
Add mixed herbs and mix with a spoon. Place the stuffing obtained in the endive leaves.
Garnish with snipped chives and a few slices of gherkin.Enjoy your meal!
