Ingredients

2 small tomatoes

1 cucumber

2 small portions of Boursin cheese

1 drizzle of balsamic vinegar

A few pine nuts

Thyme and parsley

1 lime

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Slice the cucumber in small pieces.

Place the cucumber, the Boursin cheese and the pine nuts in a blender.

Blend for 2 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Chop the tomato in small pieces and place them in a plate.

Sprinkle with herbs and add the vinegar.

Press the juice of a lemon on top.

Place the resulting mixture in the glass cups and pour the contents of the blender on top.

Chill for two hours before serving
