Pasta freshness

For 4 people

Ingredients

1 small cucumber

150g / 5 ½ oz of multicolored pasta

350g / 12 ½ oz of reduced-fat turkey

2 cloves of garlic

4 teaspoons of canola oil

2 teaspoons of vinegar

4 teaspoons of spicy tomato sauce

Lemon juice

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

Preparation

Bring water to the boil, pour in the pasta and leave to cook for 10 minutes - or less if you like them al dente.

Remove the skin from the cucumber and peppers, deseed and dice them finely.

Cut the turkey slices in small pieces.

Chop the garlic.

Pour the canola oil, vinegar, the tomato sauce and the lemon juice in a large bowl.

Add a little salt and pepper.

Mix the ingredients and add the garlic.

Place all the ingredients and the prepared sauce in a large salad bowl, mix well and leave to chill for 1h.
