Mashed potatoes with salmon

For 4 people

Ingredients

600g / 1 lb 5 oz of fresh salmon

500g / 1 lb 2 oz of potatoes

3 cloves of garlic

4 teaspoons of virgin olive oil

1 stock cube

Preparation

Cook the salmon in a saucepan with water and the stock cube.

Peel the potatoes, place them in a dish full of water and cook them in the microwave.

Pour the cooked potatoes, the crushed garlic and the salmon cut into pieces in a blender, and progressively add the olive oil.

Add salt and pepper and blend the ingredients for 3 minutes.

Serve in soup plates.
