Beef and pineapple skewers

For 4 people

Ingredients

½ a pineapple

400g / 14 oz of beef, cut into chunks

1 large bunch of rosemary

Mixed herbs

1 red pepper

4 lettuce leaves

1 onion

Preparation

Cut the pineapple, the red pepper and the onion into chunks.

Alternate pieces of beef, pineapple, onion and red pepper on skewers.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Grill the skewers on a barbecue. Sprinkle with mixed herbs while cooking as you turn them.

Serve warm presented on a lettuce leaf with a sprig of rosemary.
