5 organic lemons
4 Mackerels
2 heaped teaspoons of crème fraiche
4 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
125 ml / ½ cup of white wine
Salt, pepperClean the mackerels and add salt and pepper.
Chop the lemons in small pieces.
Stuff the mackerels with the pieces of lemon.
Prepare the sauce in a bowl: mix the crème fraiche, the mustard and the white wine.
Place the stuffed mackerels in an oven dish and pour the sauce on top.
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.Enjoy your meal!
