Pink shrimp with kiwi fruit

For 4 people

Ingredients

1 tablespoon canola oil

7 kiwis

20 small pink shrimps

Garlic and parsley

Sprouted seeds

Tofu and sesame sauce

1 organic lime

Preparation

Peel the shrimp and remove the heads.

Chop the naked shrimp into small slices.

Cut the kiwis into chunks and place them in a salad bowl with the shrimp. 

Prepare the sauce in a separate bowl: mix the garlic, parsley, seeds, lemon juice, tofu and sesame sauce.

Pour the mixture in the bowl and add a little salt and pepper.

Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
