Multicolored vegetarian skewers

For 4 people

Ingredients

½ yellow pepper

½ red pepper

½ green pepper

1 large punnet of cherry tomatoes

1 zucchini (courgette)

5 small white pearl onions

2 tablespoons of oil

Mixed herbs

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Wash then cut the peppers in small pieces.

Peal and cut the zucchini in half slices.

Peel and cut the onions in half.

Alternate tomato, onion, zucchini and pepper pieces on wooden skewers.

Season with the oil and herbs.

Place the skewers in the fridge for 1h30 minutes.

Grill on the barbecue for 8 minutes before serving.
