Smoked trout with fruit

For 4 people

Ingredients

4 tomatoes

200g / 7 oz of lamb’s lettuce

1 grapefruit

½ melon

¼ pineapple

4 slices of smoked trout

Garlic and parsley

Organic lemon juice

3 teaspoons of canola oil

Preparation

Cut the tomatoes, the melon, the grapefruit and the pineapple into small pieces.

Place all the fruit in a salad bowl.

Chop the slices of smoked trout into tiny pieces and add them to the fruit mixture. 

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and add it to the salad bowl.

Place the garlic, parsley, lemon juice and canola oil in a separate bowl.

Mix, and the sauce is ready.

Pour the sauce in the salad bowl and leave to chill for 15 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste, in moderation.
