Chili monkfish

For 4 people

Ingredients

1 large 600g / 1lb 5 oz monkfish tail

2 tomatoes

4 teaspoons of fish soup

2 teaspoons of concentrated tomato

15 cl / 2/3 of a cup of white wine

2 onions

1 clove of garlic

1 teaspoon of red chili powder

Preparation

Mix the fish soup, concentrated tomato and white wine in a cooking pot. Heat the mixture on very low heat for 15 minutes, then add the chili powder, chopped onion and crushed garlic.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cook on very low heat for 15 more minutes.

Chop the monkfish in four large pieces and place them in the cooking pot.

Cook on very low heat for 20 minutes
