110g / 4 oz of wheat flour
70g / 2 ½ oz of grated emmental cheese
200g / 7 oz of turkey ham
Salt, pepper
2 eggs
350 ml / 12 fl oz of semi-skimmed milkPre-heat your oven to 190°C / 375°F.
Meanwhile, cut the turkey ham into small pieces and place them in an oven dish.
Place the eggs, milk and flour in a blender.
Blend the mixture and pour in the mold on top of the turkey ham.
Sprinkle the emmental cheese on top and cook for 35 minutes.Enjoy your meal!
