550g / 1lb 4 oz of wild hake
4 tomatoes
3 onions
2 shallots
3 heaped teaspoons of mustard
250 ml / 1 cup of cooking white wine
Parsley and garlicPre-heat your oven at 190°C / 375°F.
Delicately add the onions, finely chopped shallots, parsley and garlic in an oven dish.
Pour the mustard on each piece of hake and place them on top of the ingredients in the oven dish.
Add the quartered tomatoes and pour the white wine.
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes.
