For 4 people
900g / 2 lb of carrots
½ liter / 1 pint of fresh orange juice
3 shallots
3 teaspoons of canola oil
1 chicken stock cube
Mixed herbsHeat some canola oil in a saucepan on low heat and add the previously cleaned shallots.
Grate the carrots and add to the saucepan.
Leave to cook for 15 minutes on low heat while stirring.
Add the orange juice, the stock cube and the mixed herbs.
Leave to simmer for 15 more minutes.
Season moderately and serve to your guests in beautiful white plates!Enjoy your meal!
