Endive with Roquefort cheese starter

For 4 people

Ingredients

100g / 3 ½ oz of reduced-fat fromage blanc

A 20g / ¾ oz slice of Roquefort blue cheese

2 small endives

1 gherkin

Chives and mixed herbs

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Add crumbs of Roquefort cheese to the fromage blanc.

Add mixed herbs and mix with a spoon. Place the stuffing obtained in the endive leaves.

Garnish with snipped chives and a few slices of gherkin.
